Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Sleep Medicine

Summary:

Open Loop is looking for a Telemedicine Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner to review, diagnose, and establish treatment plans for our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sleep medicine and treating sleep disorders using telemedicine modalities exclusively, including video, phone, connected devices, and asynchronous messages (chat/email). • Conduct virtual patient consultations (video, phone, chat) for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health
• Obtain patient histories, perform virtual exams, evaluate and diagnose common medical and behavioral health conditions
• Develop and communicate evidence-based treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with other providers through comprehensive charting and messaging
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and empathetic care while meeting productivity goals

• Looking for NPs with 10 or more state licenses:
• Must have current, active APRN medical license
• Current national certification in family practice through ANCC, AANP, or another - nationally recognized certification
• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER Care
• 1+ year of telemedicine or virtual care experience

• Ability to work at least 5-10 hours/week
