Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Indianapolis,Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused provider whoenjoys delivering comprehensive primary care while building meaningful,long-term relationships with patients.

The NP will manage approximately 12-16 patients per day, providing preventive, chronic disease,and acute care services. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you willhave the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes while maintaining a manageable patient volume.

• Salary: $108,466 - $162,698annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Primary care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical,communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
