Location: Saint Mary-of-the-Woods
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Psychiatric care for a full-time, ongoing role.
- Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric nursing assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations; administer medications and treatments; conduct patient groups; document care; participate in treatment team meetings; maintain staffing and nursing care standards; respond to behavioral issues with therapeutic limits. - Qualifications & Skills:
Active Indiana RN license or compact eligibility; BLS certification; graduate of accredited ASN/ADN or BSN program; preferred prior RN experience; strong communication skills; knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles, restraint/seclusion policies, and patient transfer procedures. - Shift & Compensation: 12-hour night shifts; pay up to $45/hour plus shift differentials; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, retirement plan, disability, and wellness resources.
