Concerto Renal Services, a leader in sub-acute hemodialysis, is seeking a Float Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Floater travels regionally to cover staff shortages, provides direct hemodialysis care, conducts assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health.
You will supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, document interventions, coordinate with physicians, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
