Landscaping Crew Leader at Yardvarks Lawn Care Inc.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and enclosed trailer attachment
• Manage 1 to 2 team members daily on job sites
• Communicate with customers on job sites about lawn expectations
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safely and properly operate various lawn and landscape equipment
• Maintain commercial and residential lawns
• Mow lawns either with push or zero turn riding lawnmower
• Trim and edge around lawns, sidewalks, and flowerbeds
• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties
• Perform maintenance on equipment utilized in groundskeeping
• Maintain commercial and residential landscape beds
• Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
• Apply fertilizer and weed control as needed
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds from landscape beds
• Rake, mulch, and prune grounds as needed
• Install lawn furniture
• Pressure washing
• Snow removal and ice melt application
• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Lawn care or Landscape
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year (Required)
• Must have a valid driver's license (Required)
• Reliable transportation (Required)

Pay is based off experience/education and discussed during interview process. Total Compensation is $234.00-$33.00+/hour. For serious inquires only.
