General Farm Hand - Corn & Soybean Operation
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Farm Hand to join our corn and soybean farming operation. This is a part-time position with opportunities for increased compensation based on mechanical ability and experience operating agricultural equipment.
Responsibilities:- Operate farm equipment used in corn and soybean production.
- Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and other seasonal field operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep.
- Experience in corn and soybean farming preferred.
- Experience operating agricultural machinery is preferred.
- Mechanical experience, including diagnosing and repairing farm equipment, is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours during planting and harvest seasons.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
