Day in the life
What a typical day actually looks like.We'd rather lose you in the interview than week two. Here's an honest look at the day.

7:20 AM
Arrive at the shop
Clock in and get ready to roll.

7:30 – 8:00 AM
Load up and prepare
Load your aerator and seed onto the truck, review your route, and read through your daily dispatch notes before heading out.

On the route
Making stops
Core aerate and overseed each property, document your work, and take care of every lawn like it's your own. Stop count varies with lawn size and route.

Lunch break
30 minutes. Bring your lunch — you'll be out on route.

Afternoon
Finish the list
Work until your route is complete. The more efficient you get, the more that works in your favor.

End of day
Back to the shop
Clean and refuel your equipment and unload any leftover seed. Then you're done.

We don't use flat hourly pay for this role. Instead, your pay is tied to the work you complete. The more efficient and consistent you get, the more you can earn. What we're looking for
Requirements & the right fit.Here's what you actually need. Attitude matters more than experience — we can teach the rest.
Valid driver's license
Required. You'll be driving a company vehicle on route every day.
Insurable driving record
No DUI, no suspension, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
Physically capable
Operating aeration equipment and hauling seed is hands-on, outdoor work in all weather. We need people who can handle it and take pride in it.
You don't need to know everything. You need to be willing to learn, take feedback, and keep getting better.
18+ and work-authorized Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Willing to cross-train
Aeration & over seeding season doesn't run all year — we're looking for people willing to learn our other services so you stay busy and employed year-round.
