Schedule:Full-Time, Swing Shift (2p-10p), with every other Saturday/Sunday requirement.

As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service.

As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking.

You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Required One-year related experience with Veterinary client service.
