As a Groundskeeper, you’ll be the guardian of our park’s first impression. Your work will help ensure every guest is welcomed by clean, safe, and well-maintained grounds in every season. From manicuring lawns and maintaining pathways to supporting seasonal transitions and winter operations, you’ll help create the backdrop for unforgettable guest experiences year-round.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain lawns and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, planting, watering, leaf removal, and other seasonal groundskeeping activities
Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance, including snow and ice removal, snow tubing hill preparation, and other winter operations as needed
Keep walkways, seating areas, and entrances free of debris, litter, and hazards
Assist with seasonal decorative displays to enhance SKYLAKE's visual appeal
Perform minor repairs on groundskeeping tools and equipment
Support the facilities team with special projects, such as preparing seasonal transitions and special events
Respond promptly to guest or staff reports of hazards or maintenance needs
Empty, clean, and maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout the park

What Makes You a Fit

Interest in landscaping/groundskeeping; prior experience is a plus
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs
Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, remain active for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with pride in keeping spaces clean and beautiful
Strong teamwork skills and a friendly, approachable attitude toward guests
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
