DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the south Indianapolis metro area. This opportunity offers a varied general practice caseload, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and room to continue developing across medicine and surgery.

Experienced veterinarians are welcome, and new graduates looking for mentorship are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine surgery
• Dentistry
• Same-day sick visits
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have the opportunity to continue building your clinical interests while practicing with autonomy in a collaborative environment.

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Indiana veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency or developing proficiency in general medicine and surgery
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Interest in continued clinical and professional growth

DEA licensure and USDA accreditation should be active or obtainable after hire.

Market-based compensation range: $120,000–$185,000, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
