What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

• Partner with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Assist with examinations, treatments, diagnostic procedures, and surgical care
• Anticipate the needs of the veterinary team to promote efficient hospital workflow
• Use sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills when supporting patient care
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients about their pets’ care
• Maintain accurate medical records and clearly document treatments and client communication
• Help maintain clean, organized, stocked, and treatment-ready clinical areas
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to achieve positive outcomes
• Support teammates by asking for help when needed and offering help whenever possible
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
