Warehouse Admin

Duties & Responsibilities

• Knowledge on goods receiving and delivery in warehouse

• Familiar with warehousing operations, and other operations related tasks

• Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Monthly inventory stock count, sorting and filing of documents.

• Able to work independently, and overtime (if needed by management)

Job Requirements

• Responsible for the daily management of raw materials stocks at warehouse.

• Assist in raw materials stock count within warehouse by regular basis ensuring safe stock level

• Communicate and work together with purchaser on raw materials stocks / ordering including end month stock closing at warehouse

• Updates on warehouse inventory system based on raw materials movement (IN/OUT) by daily basis

• Perform filling of documentation related to warehouse department

• Ensures compliances of rules & regulations (food safety) on any good receiving and delivery within warehouse facility.

• Able to attend to any adhoc tasks as assigned by management
