What is the job about? As a Senior Buyer, you will be part of the Peerless Pump Supply Chain Planning Team and will be fully responsible for the purchasing of materials for the schedule of customer orders, supporting an MTO/ETO pump manufacturing facility. Together with the rest of the Supply Chain Function, the Senior Buyer will be responsible for making sure that purchased materials are available and on time to customer expectations.
The Senior Buyer will be responsible for performing a series of detailed MRP tasks and taking adequate actions to ensure demand and supply align. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Supervisor and will operate out of Indianapolis, IN facility in a hybrid function. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
