Location: Indianapolis

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Delta

V automation project within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership across global teams and a deep understanding of GMP-regulated automation projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a Delta

    V automation project in a GMP pharmaceutical facility.
  • Manage and coordinate a 25–30 person project team, including approximately 15 offshore and onshore resource.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with GMP, GAMP 5, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management in a regulated environment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between automation, engineering, validation, quality, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive effective communication and alignment between onsite and offshore teams.
  • Support and oversee CSV / automation validation activities in line with pharma requirements.
  • Ensure documentation, change control, and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience &

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management within pharmaceutical automation or regulated manufacturing.
  • Proven delivery of Delta

    V projects in GMP-compliant environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, distributed onshore/offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP 5, CSV, and FDA/EU regulatory expectations.
  • Ability to work onsite and lead cross-functional teams in high-compliance setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • 12-month initial contract with potential for extension.
