Instrumentation Technical Specialist

Salary Range: $65K – $88K (based on experience)

We support large-scale capital projects across pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. We work in highly regulated manufacturing industry where precision, documentation, and execution are critical.

We are looking for an Instrumentation Technical Specialist to support capital projects for a regulated manufacturing environment.

This position focuses on process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature, level, valves)
NOT laboratory equipment.

• Track instrumentation through delivery, receipt, and readiness
• Verify equipment and documentation for commissioning
• Ensure GDP / cGMP requirements are met

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in manufacturing, pharma, or regulated environments
• Experience supporting equipment, instrumentation, or material management in project settings
• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Support capital projects in pharma manufacturing
• High-visibility position involvied directly with project execution
