The Project Change Control Manager will support the delivery of a new large‑scale biopharmaceutical drug product manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of project change control, including tracking, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with project governance. The position ensures changes are thoroughly evaluated, approved, and implemented in alignment with project goals and governance standards.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Overseeing the end‑to‑end change control process across the project lifecycle, ensuring all changes are properly assessed, documented, approved, and implemented in coordination with EPCM partners.
  • Maintaining and updating the project change log with cradle‑to‑grave accountability, including assigning change numbers and tracking status.
  • Organizing and leading weekly change board meetings, determining required attendees, and ensuring meeting notes and action items are distributed.
  • Overseeing the initiation and routing of project change requests (PCRs) and project deviation notices (PDNs), ensuring accountability for timely submission, review, and approval in alignment with project governance protocols.
  • Serving as the central liaison between functional groups to streamline change assessments and maintain traceability throughout the approval process.
  • Distributing change notifications and updates to relevant project personnel, EPCM partners, and vendors, ensuring transparency and continuity across all impacted areas.
  • Ensuring documentation accuracy, procedural consistency, and audit readiness throughout the change control process.
  • Tracking execution of approved changes, escalating delays or issues, and ensuring commercial implementation actions are completed.
  • Supporting evaluation of change impacts on project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring performance metrics are updated accordingly.
  • Maintaining visibility into change‑related performance indicators and contributing to reporting and forecasting efforts to support project delivery objectives.
You’ll Need To Have
  • Proven experience managing change control processes within large‑scale capital projects.
  • Familiarity with EPCM (engineering, procurement, and construction management) delivery models and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, documentation workflows, and approval protocols.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, document control, and project controls teams.
  • Skilled in organizing and facilitating change board meetings and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting change impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience with project controls tools and systems for logging, tracking, and reporting changes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.
You’ll Also Have
  • Background in cost accounting and financial tracking.
  • Experience working with EPCM contracts and vendor oversight.
  • Exposure to capital projects in GMP, FDA regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing).
  • Working knowledge of document control systems and change management software.
  • Understanding of project risk assessment and mitigation practices.
