Summary

As a QA Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and packaging. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data, supporting quality systems, and ensuring adherence to applicable procedures and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Quality systems.
  • Organize, critically review, and present information in accordance with written procedures.
  • Provide support for the production area.
  • Apply and obtain statistical analysis.
  • Write, review, and revise GMP standard operating procedures.
  • Track, maintain, and critically review manufacturing records.
  • Maintain communication with QC lab regarding test results pertinent to batch release.
  • Maintain communication with Supply Chain Representatives to ensure timely release of batch manufacturing records.
  • Approve raw materials for use in production areas and evaluate vendor COA’s.
  • Print and prepare batch manufacturing records as requested by Supply Chain.
  • Create or prepare Certificates of Analysis as requested by Customer Service Representatives.
  • Perform inbound Quality Analysis and receipt for printed packaging materials.
  • Monitor temperature records of bulk material received for Companion Animal Products.
  • Own, track, and route documents in Veeva Vault for editing, review, and approval.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
