Chemist - Rotating NIGHT SHIFT

Job Description

• Perform biochemical testing on proteins and antibodies including, but not limited to, CE, IC, HPLC, SEC, SDS-PAGE, UV, Protein A titer, and Particulates
• Work as part of a team in a rotating night shift role from 5:45 PM to 6 AM (shift pattern of 3‑2‑2‑3) which includes working weekends and holidays when they fall within the shift pattern
• Enter data into LIMS. Experience with Empower is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a GMP environment
• Participate in conducting investigations
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/e‑notebooks/logbooks/electronic systems, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate results through electronic systems
• Collaborate closely with leaders and clients in implementing overall business directives

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, result‑driven and highly flexible team‑player in a fast‑paced working environment
• Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly‑related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full‑time year of college in a related major)

• Position is full‑time, working Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
