The quality control specialist will provide quality management support for infrastructure, microelectronics, and other specialized programs, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with established standards.

• Provide quality management support aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including documentation, audits, and maintaining quality records.
• Standardize, document, and maintain functional processes, procedures, and SOPs for quality functions, such as document control, customer satisfaction tracking, and metrics management.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
• Oversee, train, and provide guidance to personnel regarding technical and quality procedures.
• Maintain and enforce the organization's quality plan and ensure operational compliance.
• Perform audits, quality assessments, and ensure department-wide adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation required for program compliance, certification, and operational procedures.
• Support multiple programs simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers to maintain quality and reliability in mission-critical systems.
