Indiana Packers Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA Department. The role includes managing QA Shift Supervisors and overseeing food safety tasks in a USDA inspected facility. Responsibilities include investigating quality complaints, managing sanitation activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience and strong leadership skills. HACCP and SQF certifications are preferred. This position requires occasional overtime and work in extreme conditions.
