Your responsibilities include handling internal and external complaints (SAP, 8D, customer portals, structured analysis of action tracking), maintaining and updating quality documentation, lists, and evaluations (inspection planning, inspection instructions, FMEA, CAQ system), supporting the quality manager in daily operations, preparing meetings, minutes, and action trackings, assisting in the follow-up of quality deviations and open points, compiling data and key figures for quality reports, helping to organize audits, quality rounds, and internal coordination, and communicating with internal interfaces as directed by the quality manager.

Your profile includes being a enrolled student, ideally in a technical field, with an interest in quality issues and production processes. You should have a structured, meticulous, and reliable working style, very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, good communication skills and team orientation, motivation to support our team for about 20 hours weekly, and fluent German and good English skills in both spoken and written form.
