Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (HSE)
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience utilizing hand measurement gauges such as micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, calipers, height gauges, and indicators
  • Familiarity with simple machine and tool operations
  • Understanding of how to identify and effectively use a variety of power and hand tools
  • Ability to read, understand, and utilize procedures, detailed computerized build plans, and basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to perform precise and detailed work
  • Effective and professional communication with team members
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to promote them
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in a team environment
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years by the time of joining
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (desirable)
  • Willingness to learn other production jobs (desirable)
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure specifications are met
  • Document applicable calibration inspection results
  • Carry out specific inspections and calibrations according to written instructions
  • Designate appropriate inspection methods and techniques
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
  • Perform functional, mechanical, and visual inspections
  • Verify the calibration status of all measuring and test equipment used in the work area, including reference material
  • Understand the relevance of inspection activities and how they contribute to defect‑free product delivery
  • Set up and calibrate equipment, interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
  • Establish and perform preventative maintenance procedures for inspection equipment
  • Perform periodic work reviews and audits to ensure compliance with system requirements
  • Interpret blueprint drawings and ensure specifications are being met
  • Develop consistent, logical feature labels and structured reports for data retrieval and ease of interpretation of inspection results
