Location: Roanoke

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day operations
  • Provide general support to team and leadership
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in workflows or documents
  • Provide recommendations and assist in implementing small enhancements
  • Communicate with internal partners to obtain information, clarify requirements, or assist with cross‑functional activities
  • Attend team meetings to observe, take notes, and provide input when appropriate
  • Contribute to ongoing team projects by performing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus)
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Compensation

Pay:
Starting in the range of $20.00 - $20.48 USD per hour.
