Senior Quality Control Technician

Senior Quality Control Technician (Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Indianapolis, IN). The role reports to the Senior Manager – Manufacturing Quality and is part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs organization. The position is on‑site.

• Ensure finished products and records (Device History Records) meet all requirements prior to release.
• Record quality data, including summarization of records of conformance and/or non‑conformance, into the applicable database.
• Clearly communicate and/or escalate identified concerns or opportunities for improvement to cross‑functional team members and management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of quality control/inspection or testing experience in a manufacturing environment, including creating records in compliance with good documentation practices.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints or other specification documents (control plans, work instructions, procedures).
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gages, surface plate and height stand, and other traditional inspection tools.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Experience in biomedical research instrument or medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485).
• Experience with Oracle ERP and IQVIA eQMS.
