Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated QA/QC Manager to support the construction of a large-scale mission critical data center project in Monrovia, Indiana. This individual will assist in implementing project quality processes, coordinating inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and helping ensure construction activities meet project specifications, owner requirements, and applicable codes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career construction professional looking to expand their experience in quality assurance and quality control while working alongside experienced project management, commissioning, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of the project QA/QC Plan.
- Perform and document field quality inspections throughout construction.
- Support subcontractors in meeting project quality requirements and project specifications.
- Track inspections, punch list items, and quality-related documentation.
- Assist with managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records using the project's document management system.
- Participate in quality audits and field observations.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, commissioning teams, and trade partners.
- Support mockups, first-work inspections, and quality meetings.
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and project turnover documentation.
- Promote a proactive, "Right First Time" quality culture on the project.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, field engineering, QA/QC, project engineering, or a related construction role.
- Previous commercial roofing construction experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent construction experience).
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission critical construction projects.
- Exposure to MEP systems or commissioning activities.
- OSHA 30 or other construction-related certifications.
- Desire to build a long-term career in construction quality, project engineering, or commissioning.
