How will you power what’s possible?
The Quality Supervisor leads frontline quality execution within a manufacturing facility operating under an ISO 9001 quality management system and producing products certified to applicable industry standards such as UL, CSA, and/or ICEA. This role manages quality personnel responsible for inspection, testing, and laboratory activities, ensuring consistent application of quality processes, effective use of resources, and development of frontline quality capability to support production and prevent defect escapes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop frontline quality personnel supporting inspection, testing, and laboratory activities
- Assign work and balance resources to support production needs and quality priorities
- Ensure inspection, testing, and verification activities are executed consistently and in accordance with quality system requirements
- Oversee measurement and test equipment in the quality laboratory, including calibration, maintenance, and suitability for use
- Ensure proper execution of quality controls required to support applicable product standards
- Direct response to quality issues through containment, investigation, escalation, and followup
- Review quality data and reports to identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention
- Ensure quality records, test results, and system entries are accurate, timely, and complete
- Build technical and problem‑solving capability within the quality team through coaching and training
- Support internal audits, external audits, and customer or certification body visits
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
Specialized Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or a related field preferred

In a manufacturing quality environment
Leading or supervising frontline quality person
Specialized Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline Training or certification related to quality systems, inspection, testing, or continuous improvement

Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment with certified products and laboratory measurement activities.
