We are looking for a Operations Support Specialist to join our Group support our teams in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Production Center. Within Level+Pressure, we utilize state‑of‑the‑art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.
What is the role about?This position is responsible for partnering with the Level+Pressure Operations departments to provide proactive business assistance. This position blends data analysis with opportunities to connect with colleagues at all levels of the organization. - Provide operational & administrative support to Pre‑Production, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
- Compile, visualize, and report information and data.
- Operate with a continuous improvement, solutions‑driven mindset.
- Function as a communication conduit between the shopfloor and leadership.
- Construct and appropriately distribute effective, accurate, and timely communication.
- Serve on Events Team.
- Being self‑motivated and self‑managed by relying on own strengths to accomplish goals.
- Act independently with own initiative.
- Give, accept, and implement feedback effectively.
- Think, prioritize, and act in the best interest of the company.
