Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
A 9/80 compressed work week means an employee works 80 hours over nine days in a two-week period. Generally, this means working nine hours Monday ‑ Thursday, with alternating eight‑hour Fridays and "off" Fridays.

Position SummaryAs a Quality Engineer, you will provide technical support to the business in order to achieve and drive effective operational control, compliance and continuous improvement.
What you will be doing- Working directly with manufacturing operations entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications
- Investigating customer escapes and performs 8D/7
Step problem solving analysis to prevent recurrence - Developing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures
- Working with customers to define and investigate customer disruption issues.
- Developing programs to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines
- Providing expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, procedures, regulatory/governmental regulations and agency guidelines to assure compliance
- Associate degree with 4+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experience, OR
- Master's degree, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- 6+ years of Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing experience
In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
Preferred Requirements- Green Belt certified
- SAP experience
- 8D problem solving experience
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
- Power Bi experience
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50bs
- Pass vision test
