Role:
Manager of Supplier Quality at Rayze Bio, responsible for ensuring supplier activities comply with cGMP and Rayze Bio standards to support clinical and commercial operations.
- oversee qualification and management of GMP/GDP vendors
- manage material lifecycle including qualification, change management, non-conformance, and continuous improvement
- lead supplier audits and evaluate change notifications
- handle discrepancy reporting and CAPAs
- review quality documents
- coordinate with cross-functional teams for vendor and material oversight
- participate in audits and inspections
- lead team initiatives and apply AI tools for process enhancement
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, life or physical sciences
- at least 5 years in Quality Assurance, with experience managing raw material and vendor quality in biopharma
- familiarity with cGMP regulations, SAP, and quality risk management
- experience with material lifecycle management
- supplier audits
- working within radiopharmaceutical or oncology sectors
location in Indianapolis, with occasional travel (< 5%).
