Position: Leasing Manager - Artistry Apartments
Location: Indianapolis

The Leasing Manager initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing, marketing, renewals, and availability reports. The Leasing Manager will regularly communicate with all property leasing staff at their same site and be actively involved with social media and event planning for the property.

  • Assists with managing and advising leasing team
  • Completes all marketing/rent related reports
  • Manages renewals and outreach programming
  • Plans various resident events
  • Manages social media platforms
  • Prepares daily move-in and availability reports
  • Conducts training for all leasing specialists at property
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in budget planning and expenses monitoring
  • Computer skills sufficient to enter reports and daily operations data into a computer
  • Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
