This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Indianapolis, IN, for an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist. The role involves managing compliance processes related to affordable housing programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and conducting compliance audits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, reviewing legal documents, and effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
