We're looking for a Commercial Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio. If you're a proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.

Why This Role is Right for You

You're someone who enjoys variety in your day. One moment you're working with tenants to ensure their needs are met; the next you're reviewing budgets, coordinating capital improvements, or partnering with vendors to keep properties operating at their best.

You take pride in building strong relationships, anticipating challenges before they arise, and creating well‑maintained, financially successful properties. If you're looking for a role where your leadership directly impacts both business performance and customer experience, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties while delivering exceptional service to tenants and ownership.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Review financial reports, approve invoices, and ensure accurate reporting for property owners.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while maintaining high property standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure quality work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee lease administration, including tenant compliance, renewals, and coordination with leasing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Partner with accounting, construction, and leadership teams to support property performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare ownership reports and communicate property performance, project updates, and operational recommendations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases, property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial property management software (Entrata experience is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and make sound business decisions.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You embody our core values of Diligent, Winning Mindset, Respectful Team Player, Humbly Confident, and Integrity.
Benefits Package:
  • Health Benefits:

    Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance
  • Wellness Benefits:
    Employee Assistance Program
  • Virtual Doctor Visits
