What You'll Do:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties while delivering exceptional service to tenants and ownership.
Build strong relationships with tenants by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
Review financial reports, approve invoices, and ensure accurate reporting for property owners.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while maintaining high property standards.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure quality work is completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee lease administration, including tenant compliance, renewals, and coordination with leasing teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Partner with accounting, construction, and leadership teams to support property performance and strategic initiatives.
Prepare ownership reports and communicate property performance, project updates, and operational recommendations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial leases, property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial property management software (Entrata experience is a plus).Ability to analyze financial reports and make sound…
