Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 9 hours per week

Thrive Property Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Part‑Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Brownstown, IN. What You’ll Do- Welcome prospective residents and provide professional apartment tours.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and assist new residents through the leasing process.
- Collect monthly rent and maintain accurate resident records.
- Build positive relationships with residents and promptly address questions or concerns.
- Conduct move‑out inspections and document apartment conditions.
- Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance staff and outside vendors.
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure excellent resident service.
- Perform routine property inspections to help maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
- Complete administrative tasks, maintain organized files, and enter data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Support the overall success and daily operations of the apartment community.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Detail‑oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, office administration, banking, hospitality, retail management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible part‑time schedule.
