Location: Indianapolis
Moon Valley Nurseries in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Scout to drive national expansion by sourcing and securing sites for new locations. You will build a robust pipeline across U.S. markets, including direct purchases, leases, and ground-up development, reporting to the VP of Real Estate.
This high-autonomy, field-first role requires a sales mindset, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively to identify opportunities and close deals.
