Roles and ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Relations & Communication
Act as the primary, dedicated point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
Build trust and rapport with a wide range of personalities to deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Maintenance Coordination & Vendor Management
Manage the full lifecycle of property maintenance work orders, including data entry, scheduling, continuous follow-up, and successful closure.
Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication pipelines with contractors to ensure timely service delivery.
Proactively solicit, compile, and evaluate competitive vendor bids for specialized maintenance or large-scale repair projects.
Operations, Auditing & Accounting Collaboration
Coordinate and schedule routine property inspections and ad-hoc spot checks as required.
Collaborate closely with the internal corporate accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies, verify contractor charges, and ensure accurate billing outputs for owners.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with strong comprehension, rapid processing, and a personable, professional remote presence.
Operational Agility: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities to handle fluid property demands.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive problem solver with a sharp eye for detail who catches property or billing anomalies before they elevate.
Tech Literacy: Highly comfortable with technology and experienced in utilizing modern digital tools for property listings, secure document handling, and workflow management.
Experience: 2–3 years of direct experience in property management and/or high-volume customer service roles is strictly required.

Proficiency in mid-market property management software platforms (e.g., App Folio, Buildium, or comparable tools) is required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
