This hybrid role may transition into a full‑time hybrid arrangement. We are happy to discuss logistics with qualified candidates.

• Lead technical content drafting for patent applications.
• Obtain, organize, analyze, and maintain information related to research or development activities for inclusion in patent applications.
• Critically analyze and engage with technical information, including:
  • Engage with laboratory notebook entries and data in view of structural data and synthetic routes presented.
  • Reduce numerous preparations and examples into general synthetic schemes.
• Effectively communicate between scientists and the legal team to ensure timely flow of information.

• BS, MS, or PhD in chemistry, organic chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of technical experience in pharmaceutical discovery and/or development of pharmaceutical products, including small molecules, medicinal chemistry, and/or drug conjugates.
• Fluent in nomenclature conventions used to describe organic chemical compounds, including chirality and synthesis.
• Demonstrated excellent teamwork, collaboration, attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, with leadership and communication skills needed to operate effectively in a fast‑paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
