Job SummaryConduct sample and reference compound custodial programs in compliance with facility Standard Practices and applicable regulatory standards. Support time-critical assays through sample processing, LIMS setup, equipment maintenance, laboratory cleanliness, and client communication.
Responsibilities- Perform sample and reference compound custodianship tasks using the Laboratory Information System
- Represent IQVIA through routine client contact to support process continuity
- Process time-sensitive requests for sample and reference compounds
- Provide homogenization, plating, dilution, and solubilization support for scientific teams
- Create LIMS study designs and resolve upload discrepancies through client interface
- Maintain, clean, and check calibration of laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Investigate equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, supply allocation, and compliant equipment records
- Associate’s degree required in any Life Science
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and applicable regulatory agency standards
- Experience with Laboratory Information System design, setup, and sample tracking processes
- Experience maintaining laboratory equipment such as pipettes, centrifuges, balances, freezers, Turbo Vaps, Speed Vacs, and water purifiers
- Basic chemistry knowledge and how it relates to safety in the workplace
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Ability to maintain accurate records and compliant sample and reference compound custody
- Ability to maintain clean, safe, and efficient laboratory operations
- Ability to provide effective client communication and support process continuity
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to daily-use laboratory equipment
- Ability to support after-hour deliveries, alarms, and other job-critical emergencies

The potential base pay range for this role is $35,900.00 – $74,800.00 annually, with actual offer based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentive plans or benefits may be offered.
