Position Overview
Postdoctoral scientist (Global PKPD) developing Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and apply AI-powered QSP models integrating biology, pharmacology, and preclinical/clinical data.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct literature, regulatory, and database searches to compile preclinical/clinical data for model design and parameterization.
- Design and implement ODE-based QSP model structures capturing drug PK, target/receptor biology, and cellular/physiological dynamics.
- Perform parameter estimation, simulations, and model analysis to support timely drug discovery/development decisions.
- Use validated models to generate insights for dosing strategies, risk stratification, and translational/clinical questions.
- Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences; collaborate cross-functionally.
- Maintain documentation; present at scientific conferences; author peer-reviewed articles.
- PhD in quantitative pharmacology, systems biology, biomedical engineering, applied mathematics, or related field.
- Experience developing QSP/mechanistic PKPD or ODE-based biological system models.
- Experience developing virtual patient populations.
- Proficiency in R, Matlab/Sim biology, Python, NONMEM, Monolix, or related modeling software.
- Experience with parameter estimation and sensitivity analysis.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time;

- Knowledge of T cell engager bispecifics and immunology; PK/PD and drug discovery/development.
- Interest in AI/ML integration; strong problem-solving, organization, communication; strong publication record.
- Fixed-term 2 years (potential to extend to 3 years).
- Anticipated wage: $58,000–$123,200; full-time roles may be eligible for bonus and comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off, well-being).
