Responsibilities
- Drive sustained integration of HEOR (health economics/outcomes research) from early clinical development through commercialization.
- Develop/oversee HO research strategy for oncology portfolio compounds; serve as senior HEOR strategic partner on lead/core teams.
- Formulate and execute Patient Focused Outcomes (PFO), Real World Evidence (RWE), and/or economic value strategies for priority products/geographies.
- Establish agile HEOR standards across the oncology portfolio to scale evidence generation.
- Develop high-impact HO science across the product lifecycle; apply expertise in statistical analysis, economic modeling, trials, PFO development, observational/epidemiologic research, and health technology/value assessment.
- Apply disease-state knowledge to HO issues related to registration, pricing, reimbursement, and access.
- Mentor junior scientists; lead cross-functional HO evidence planning/implementation; influence prioritization/trade-offs with business partners.
- Lead/manage/coaches a team of HEOR scientists; allocate resources based on highest-value evidence priorities.
- Disseminate HO findings (abstracts, posters, presentations, promotional materials, manuscripts) and drive application of deliverables.
- PhD or MD with 7+ years OR PharmD/MS with 7+ years creating/executing/delivering HO/HEOR strategies/projects.
- Strong ability to communicate complex science clearly; excellent written/verbal skills.
- Demonstrated influence/collaboration; led HEOR strategy across a portfolio/therapeutic area.
- People leadership (direct reports); influence senior internal/external decision-makers.
- Global mindset, customer focus, solution orientation; drive research agendas to completion.
- Travel: 10–25%.

Lilly Corporate Center (Indianapolis, IN) / US-Remote. - Benefits/Pay (if eligible): 401(k), pension, vacation; medical/dental/vision/prescription; flexible benefits; life insurance; time off/leave; well-being; bonus eligibility. Anticipated wage: $165,000–$316,800.
