Overview
White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more.

- Organize shifts and manage scheduling.
- Handle cash and manage inventory.
- Oversee customer service and satisfaction; motivate and lead the team.
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru; prepare orders.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
- Work the fryer and griddle; perform other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Compensation
:
Competitive weekly pay. This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. - Annual Holiday Bonus (dependent on company financials).

$17.50 - $22.80 per hour.

- 1+ years of food service or management experience.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
