Location: Morocco
Un hôtel 4* à Tétouan recherche un(e) Chef de Partie expérimenté(e) pour encadrer un poste clé en cuisine. Ce rôle implique de gérer un poste de cuisine en autonomie, d'encadrer les commis, de participer à la création des plats et de respecter les normes HACCP. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme en arts culinaires et un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en cuisine professionnelle.
Des horaires en coupure avec travail le week-end sont à prévoir, et des opportunités d'évolution vers un poste de Sous-Chef sont possibles.
