We are hiring driven and reliable shift managers (ages 18 and older) to join our team. Our organization has over 50 procedures in place to help ensure the safety and well‑being of crew members, customers and the community.

Starting pay has been raised to $15.00 an hour and will increase to $16.00 after certification. Extra $1.00 when you work Saturday or Sunday. Currently we have 14 locations and we want you to be part of our family and team.

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.

They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments reach goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
