We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. The Shift Leader leads by example, tackles problems, seeks help when appropriate, and mentors their team. Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role.

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Take initiative to tackle problems and provide guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and drive profitability.
• Support scheduling, training, and development of staff as needed.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and provide mentorship.
