CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time positions.

Location:

Triton Central Schools – 4920 West 600 North, Fairland, IN 46126.

Note:

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. Full time and part time options are available. Further details will be discussed during the interview.

Requirement:
Previous food service experience preferred.

Pay Range: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Operates the Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, desserts, and catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashier according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts. Make deposits at the end of each shift.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable ranges; notify cooks if temperatures are not acceptable.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Set up items for purchase on a daily basis.
• Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using the first‑in, first‑out rule.
• Stock pantries with correct par levels on a daily basis; record replenished amounts on floor stock forms. Record refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
