Compensation: $11.25 - $12.45 per hour

Schedule:

Part-Time, with required availability Fridays and Saturdays (Minimum 12 hours/week) - Shifts are 11am-2pm or 11am-3pm

Key Responsibilities

* Create genuine, positive interactions with every guest

* Deliver quick, accurate, and consistent service

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the restaurant

* Rotate through multiple positions including front-of-house, drive-thru, and kitchen

* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols

* Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

* Take initiative and ownership over your duties and guest interactions

* Maintain alignment with Chick-fil-A Whitestown's brand, culture, and standards of excellence

* Uphold our "I'm Third" philosophy: guests first, team second, self third

* Abide by our Team Member Playbook and all internal policies

Requirements

* Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to team success

* Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with a minimum of 12 hours/week

* Must be able to:

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members, including speaking and listening, in a fast-paced environment

* Review and interpret information on monitors, digital screens, product packaging, and expiration labels

* Lift up to 30 pounds, and move freely throughout kitchen, counter, and outdoor areas

* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance

* Adapt to different roles as needed during a shift
