Applebee’s is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Servers to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role emphasizes friendly service, guest interaction, and teamwork while allowing a balanced work‑life schedule.

• Provide the first and last impression for guests by greeting them warmly and anticipating their needs.
• Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and deliver accurate service.
• Work diligently and enjoy the experience while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Actively collaborate with teammates and follow standard operating procedures for service and safety.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective verbal communication skills – able to speak clearly and listen attentively.

• Ability to walk or stand for four (4) hours continuously.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift.
• Wear protective hand and face coverings, use disinfectants, and wash hands with sanitizing soap regularly.
