What You’ll Do- Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards
- Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently
- Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided
- This position is with a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.
