Un hôtel 4* à Tétouan recrute un(e) Chef de Partie expérimenté(e) pour encadrer un poste clé en cuisine. Cadre professionnel avec une forte exigence de qualité.
Missions principales- Gérer un poste (chaud, froid, pâtisserie…) en autonomie
- Encadrer les commis affectés à son poste
- Participer à la création et au dressage des plats
- Appliquer les normes HACCP avec rigueur
- Diplôme en arts culinaires (OFPPT, ISTA, école hôtelière privée)
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en cuisine professionnelle
- Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, créativité
- Bonne gestion du stress en coup de feu
- Contrat CDI
- Horaires en coupure, travail en soirée et week-end
- Uniforme et repas fournis
- Évolution possible vers un poste de Sous-Chef
