Part‑time

• Learn and master the coffee menu and food choices.
• Educate customers by presenting and explaining coffee drinks and food options, answering questions.
• Maintain a clean work and customer area, keeping dishes, glasses and garbage removed.
• Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking brewing equipment.
• Keep equipment running by following operating instructions and ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations.
• Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, industry publications, and seminars.
• Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings.
• Leave a positive impression on customers to encourage return visits and word‑of‑mouth promotion.
• Thank customers for visiting the establishment and invite them to return.

• One year of experience as a Barista (preferred).
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting and giving correct change).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

• U.S. work authorization.
